We are living in a Witbier world! Our 2024 Doe-a-Beer is so smooth and easy drinking that you'll want to say "I would never wear heels if my feet were shaped like this"

Gentle notes of citrus and spice sit warmly upfront on the palate, complimented by a mild bitterness imparted from a select hop blend and flaked rye to bring layers of flavour that evolve with each sip.

All of the femmes and thems of Phillips Brewery gathered in the Dreamhouse to conceive, plan, and brew this Witbier in collaboration with Pink Boots Brew Day. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this beer goes to assist, inspire, and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/ alcoholic beverage profession through education.⁠ Learn more at pinkbootscanada.com
