Sanctuary Whisky is a testament to the innovation and craftsmanship at Phillips Brewing & Malting Co.'s Fermentorium—a distilling house where old-world traditions meet modern techniques. This single malt whisky is crafted entirely in-house, using 100% malted barley from Phillips’ very own Maltworks.
Aged between 5 and 9 years, Sanctuary develops its unique character in a selection of barrels, including Twisted Oak and Heaven Hill Bourbons, Stave Us Imperial Stout, and Rosé Wine barrels. The result is a rich, multi-layered whisky with a flavor profile that’s as distinctive and bold as its origin.
Sanctuary Whisky embodies the spirit of creativity and care that defines Phillips’ approach to everything we craft.
