Returns and Shipping

SHIPPING POLICY

Normal order processing can take between 1-4 business days (Mon-Fri). Orders ship standard through Canada Post and delivery time will vary between 4-10 business days depending on delivery location. Please allow for more time over the Winter Holiday season.

RETURN POLICY

To ensure the best quality, we do not accept returns for consumable merchandise.  This includes sodas, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, beer soap, and any other liquids. This policy is for your benefit to ensure that you get safe, sanitary, and 100% unaltered products that have not been contaminated by any outside sources. 

If your non-consumable merchandise (t-shirts, glassware, etc) does not meet your satisfaction OR you need to exchange sizes you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To return an item, the item must be new, unused, and with its original tags still attached. You may return the item to our store by mail. If you want to return an item by mail, follow the steps below:

1. Email: shop@phillipsbeer.com with a return request

2. Please include the original order number and any details required for refund or size exchange

3. We will get back to you in 1-4 business days with return or refund options

DAMAGES

We recommend that you check your order carefully upon receipt, especially if the package appears damaged externally. Certain products are fragile and temperature sensitive. Phillips Brewing Company endeavors to pack all products carefully in order to prevent breakage.

If your package or its contents are visibly damaged upon receipt please email us directly with the information including a photo and we would be happy to either ship out a replacement or, in some cases issue a refund.
