Packaging Operator – Full-Time

JOB DESCRIPTION  

Phillips Brewing & Malting Co. is looking for hardworking, team-oriented individuals to join our packaging team full-time!

If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an interest in craft beer, this is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in the brewing industry. We offer training in all aspects of the packaging process, and forklift experience is an asset but not required.  

This is a fast-paced, team-focused role where safety, efficiency, and quality are top priorities. Packaging is also a pathway to growth—we love to promote from within!  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently  

  • Support the packaging team in all production tasks  

  • Ensure the highest level of quality control for all packaged products  

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment  

  • Work at a consistent pace while maintaining a positive attitude  

  • Perform additional duties as assigned  

Qualifications:  

  • No experience necessary—we will train the right candidate!  

  • High School Diploma (preferred, not required)  

  • Forklift Operator Certificate (preferred, not required)  

  • Valid BC Driver’s License (preferred, not required)  

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment  

  • A strong team player with a great attitude
