Key Responsibilities:

• Full cycle accounting, financial reporting & variance analysis for retail/tasting room
• Capital asset management
• Sales volume reporting and reconciliation
• Ownership of provincial sales (input, review & reconciliation)
• Investigating variances and reconciliation of GL accounts
• GST/PST & Encorp/ABCRC remittances
• Assisting with development and implementation of policies & procedures
• Ad-hoc analyses and projects as assigned

Skills & Requirements:
• 3+ years relevant experience
• Post-Secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• Working toward (PEP) or attained CPA Designation
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate to customers and staff
• Ability to prioritize tasks and have strong attention to detail with each task
• Comfortable working independently and as part of our great team
• Excel Wizardry is ideal
• Industry knowledge & experience with SAP B1 a plus
• A love of beer is a must

Logistics Co-Ordinator - FT Vancouver

We’re looking for a craft beer lover to help our Vancouver Logistics team out on the administration side of things. Working closely with the Logistics crew, Sales Reps, and Inside Sales department, this position will be responsible for taking care of all administrative duties related to getting our beer out to our thirsty customers. You’ve got a keen eye for detail, boots of steel, and a can-do attitude. An appreciation for finely crafted beer is a must! This is a full-time position located at our warehouse in Burnaby.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Daily trip sheet review and processing
  • Process sales orders and prepare delivery documents using our SAP software system
  • Correct and investigate customer order errors
  • Work closely with sales reps and inside sales to resolve customer requests/issues
  • Sales rep assistance at the warehouse level
  • Daily reporting on the rate of sale, KPI’s and efficiency metrics
  • Enter inventory to 3rd party portals and process applicable transfers
  • Inventory checks and maintenance of accuracy between systems and physical counts
  • Enter and approve employee timesheets in Payworks payroll system
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1+ year relevant administration experience
  • Strong computer skills. Experience with SAP software system a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to clearly communicate to customers and across internal departments
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Forklift experience (preferred)
