Night Shift Production, Victoria

Our night-vision goggles are activated, and we’re searching the Victoria area for a full-time craft beer lover and night shift production person. This person is mechanically adept, understanding that nuts and bolts are more than just a snack, and they can handle a full keg of beer as if it were half a pint. Forklift experience is an asset but not required, though a sincere passion for craft beer and a positive attitude is a must.

To apply, please send your resume and cover letter to with “Night Shift Production” in the subject line. **Please note we are only able to accept .PDF documents. All other formats including Word .docs will not be able to be reviewed.**

Production, Victoria

WE’RE HIRING! We’re on the lookout for a FULL-TIME person to help in the packaging of finely crafted beer here in VICTORIA. This person has a heart of gold but boots of steel, is hard-working and fun to be around. They are also legally able to drive a car and may or may not have some forklift experience. We’re willing to train the right person, but you must be a craft-beer enjoyer to join the team of this employer, so fire us a cover letter and resume telling us what gets your beer gears cranking. Please send them to with ‘production position’ in the subject line.

Tasting Room Lead

Phillips Brewing & Malting Co. is on the hunt for a tone-setting, energy filled beer bottle of sunshine to join our team and play the lead in our soon-to-be-opened tasting room. This person is organized but spontaneous; a natural leader but willing to learn; a practical joker but not thaaaat practical; a friendly personality but…no wait, just completely friendly; and the only thing they love more than drinking craft beer is talking about craft beer.* Serving It Right, service industry experience, and a healthy appreciation for plaid is mandatory, but contrary to popular belief beards are in fact optional.

If this sounds like you then email your resume and a cover letter to outlining how you fit the role and with the subject line “tasting room lead”. Also, in that cover letter please answer the following questions:
1. What is the best practical joke you have ever played on someone, and
2. If you were to perform in a room of your 60 closest co-workers, what would you do?
*by “talking about craft beer” we mean in a non-judgmental fun manner with people in physical reality.
