Kaleidoscope Mosaic IPA

6.5 % ABV | 50 IBU | 5 SRM

This brew is a psycho-tropic trip with boat loads of mosaic hops, famous for their tropical fruit punch to the palate. You’ll find flavours of guava and sweet citrus with subtle IPA bitterness. Once upon a time the mighty Kaleidoscope was a formidable seasonal bomber release here at Phillips, as well as a staff favourite. Medium bodied, grain-forward with a hint of crystal malt. Double dry-hopped with 100% Mosaic hop. This brew is dynamic, well-rounded, and symmetrically balanced no matter how you spin it.

Kaleidoscope Mosaic IPA is available in ultra limited supply at select craft liquor stores in BC and AB. Don’t miss out!

9 Donkeys of the Hopocalypse Double IPA

9% ABV | 70 IBU | 6 SRM

Our next nostalgic release up is the 9 Donkeys of the Hopocalypse Double IPA. This hop-happy brew was originally a gift to ourselves for our 9th anniversary way back when. Now, more than a decade after it’s original release, we’re bringing this favourite back as part of our 20 Years of Beers program! Make sure to grab some before this ultra-limited release is gone!

This DIPA is loaded with (you guessed it) 9 different hops- Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Hallertau, Millennium, Palisade, and Simcoe.

Thorny Horn Sour Raspberry Brown Ale

6.8% ABV | 17 SRM | 0 IBU

This re-release is one we had no choice but to bring back, as we received hundreds of request for it in the last two years! Most amazingly, all these requests were by a single Thorny Horn fan on Instagram.

First brewed in 2015, and again in 2017, Thorny Horn is a Raspberry Sour Brown Ale with a tangy berry nose that leads to a rich, slightly sharp raspberry tartness through the body, and finishes puckeringly dry thanks to the addition of our house strain of Lactobacillus. This sour brew is proof that someties the best notes fall outside of traditional scales.
