December 5th, 2017 – The votes are in and we’re thrilled to announce that BC SPCA WILD ARC (BC) and YAMNUSKA WOLFDOG SANCTUARY (AB) as this year’s Benefit Brew Winners!

We will be brewing up a delicious Honey IPA for the BC SPCA WILD ARC crew and a special one-off West Coast ESB for YAMNUSKA WOLFDOG SANCTUARY.  Full proceeds from the sale of each will be donated to their causes (~$10,000 each!).  The brews are slated to hit the shelves in early February, but in the meantime here’s a little snapshot of the incredible work these groups do:

BC SPCA WILD ARC is a wildlife rehabilitation centre providing care for more than 3,000 injured, orphaned and sick animals each year. From orphaned baby raccoons to songbirds with broken wings, Wild ARC cares for more than 140 different species and provides education on living in harmony with our wild neighbours.

YAMNUSKA WOLFDOG SANCTUARY is a non-profit organization that promotes responsible wolfdog ownership and provides safe sanctuary for wolfdogs that have been neglected, abandoned, or otherwise displaced. We provide educational programs on wolfdogs and wolves, crushing the many myths that surround them and focus on the challenges of wolfdog ownership.

Each of these special Benefit Brews for BC and Alberta will be hitting shelves in early February, so stay tuned for an announcement on the release.

We would also like to thank everyone who nominated, voted and participated in the project this year; especially the other finalists. They all do incredible work and for participating as a finalist each will receive a $500 donation. Please check them out below and consider lending your support.
