Welcome Beer Lovers
By clicking yes I declare that I am of legal drinking age in my province of residence
February 6th, 2017 – We aren’t sure if the ground hog saw his shadow last week, because our bottling crew had their heads buried in beer getting 3 special seasonal brews cued up for today!
After debuting last year, Space Goat Oat Pale Ale makes a triumphant return alongside our 2017 Benefit Brews. BC will see an Imperial Pilsner brewed for S.A.I.N.T.S. Animal Rescue, and our Alberta friends can help Zoe’s Animal Rescue Society by enjoying their custom Cascadian Dark Ale. Full proceeds from the sale of each Benefit Brew will go to support the causes.
We’d like to note that although these bombers cast a shadow, we can’t verify how many weeks they will be on shelves; it is recommended they craft beer lovers grab them while they can.
Space Goat Dry Hopped Oat Pale Ale – 6.2%
Space Goat has floated back into orbit! This adventurous brew is an oat pale ale that is generously dry-hopped, infusing tropical and citrus hop notes with a deep, silky oat ale texture.
Pouring a golden straw colour, the nose is full of fresh papaya and guava. A round graininess is softened with a silky mouth feel provided by the oats, with subtle sweetness balanced against a wonderful tropical hop background.
Space Goat is only available from private craft-focused liquor stores for a limited time! If you find yourself in our constellation this Thursday February 9th, come on by between 4-6 for a special draft tasting.
SAINTS Animal Rescue Imperial Pilsner – 7.0%
The winner of the 2017 BC Benefit Brew Project, S.A.I.N.T.S. Rescue provides sanctuary for senior and special needs animals. Many homeless senior and special needs animals have very little chance of finding a new home, and S.A.I.N.T.S. ensures they can finish their journey in comfort and love.
Full proceeds of the S.A.I.N.T.S. Imperial Pilsner will go to the cause. The brew pours a pale straw colour with light white foam. Herbal and grassy notes mingle with noble hop and sweet malt characteristics. The beer is available for a limited time in BC private craft beer stores.

Zoe’s Animal Rescue Cascadian Dark Ale – 6.2%
Meet the 2017 Alberta Benefit Brew Winner: Zoe’s Animal Rescue Society. They are a volunteer-run charity that fosters, rehabilitates, gives medical aid, and re-homes hundreds of animals per year.
Full proceeds from the sale of this brew will go directly to Zoe’s Rescue Society. The Cascadian Dark Ale pours a dark ruby brown colour with a light tan froth. Aromas of freshly roasted coffee and toasted malts are balanced by sharper spiced notes of pine and herbs. The bitterness up front yields to a crisp dry finish.
This beer will be available in the coming week exclusively in Alberta. To find out more or to lend a hand to the cause, please head on over to www.zoesanimalrescue.org.
