Slipstream Mussels

Made with Slipstream Ale

  • 1 pound mussels
  • 3/4 cup Slipstream Ale
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup ginger, julienned
  • 1/4 cup lemongrass, minced
  • 1/4 cup jalapenos, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Saute lemongrass, garlic and ginger for 45 seconds. Add mussels and Slipstream and toss together. Cover for two minutes until mussels open. Discard mussels that did not open. Add jalapenos and butter, toss and plate.
