Grate the four cups of sharp cheddar and peel the four garlic cloves. Combine the two in a food processor and puree. Slowly add the Hop Circle IPA, about a 1/4 cup or until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and let sit in the fridge up to hour. Now you can spread this ass-kickin’ cheese on anything. I put mine on spicy BBQ buffalo burgers with grilled onions. BOOM! Don’t forget to enjoy the rest of the beer.
