Just a quick hit-and-run flavour update and to let you loyal folks know about some summer events we have on the go.

 

The Rifflandia Music Festival is back for its third incarnation, so also means the return of Rifflandabrau! The easy-drinking pilsner is the new featured beer in the Showcase Mixed Pack, as well as being available for your growler pleasure on one of our rotating flavour taps. Stay tuned for your chance to win passes to Rifflandia, as well as other rocking prizes.

 

Speaking of rocking, the Phillips staff has been invited to take over the DJ booth at Smiths Pub on Wednesday, July 21. From 9pm-1am, expect an eclectic mix of tunes, as well as Phillips draught on special and a few prize giveaways.

 

If your dog needs a good scrub, bring Rex by the brewery between noon and 4pm on Saturday, July 24 for the second annual SPCA Suds Summer Soaker. $10 is the suggested donation to give the pooch a good bath and while she’s getting clean, you can belly up to the bar and wet your whistle with a sample of one of Phillips brews.

 

And finally, just a reminder that tickets for the Great Canadian Beer Festival go on sale Saturday, July 24. Tickets are only available online, starting at 9am. Limit of four tickets per person. Head to www.gcbf.com and follow the online prompts.
