Fruity beer fans and fans of fruity beers rejoice! The Raspberry Wheat Ale is back for a limited summer run. It’s available now in most cold beer and wine stores. Refreshing and sweet for any summer afternoon or evening, the Ras won’t last too long, as fans have been chomping at the berry to get their hands on a few bottles, so grab ‘em while you can.

And as a little added bonus, the Phillips folks have been doing some experimentation in the off hours and have come up with a little desserty treat. When you pick up a bottle of the Ras, pick up a bottle of our Longboat Double Chocolate Porter as well. Mix equal parts Ras and Choco and you’ve got the liquid equivalent of Black Forest Cake. Our fine friends at Smiths Pub do something similar with a pint of the Chocolate porter with a shot of raspberry vodka dropped in, so even if you can’t find a bottle of Raspberry Wheat for too long, you can always go to Smiths for a Brown Belt.
