Our Latest One and Done Release: Rye IPA

We’ve got another special treat available exclusively at the brewery! Our latest One and Done is a Rye IPA (6.5% ABV) with aromas of vanilla, pine resin and fresh baked bread. Pine, grapefruit, with hints of ripe raspberries, wood and spice are all set against a prominent rye backbone. flavour which adds a staunch back-note to the grain bill. A very full mouthfeel without being too with the Talus hops lending an overall creaminess to the beer. The rye’s spicy character offsets the full mouthfeel from the higher ABV on this brew, and the finish is predominantly bitter and leaning towards dry.
