Required tricks involve a crystal ball understanding of local traffic patterns, the ability to make empty kegs disappear and full ones reappear, and a crowd pleasing attitude. Phillips is looking for an enthusiastic beer lover to help out with packaging fine craft brewed beer. You are responsible and able to react quickly to a high-paced environment—you pass the hot potato but never pass the buck—and your well-soled steel-toed boots are one of your proudest fashion accessories. The ability to drive a forklift is an asset, but the ability to drive a vehicle is mandatory.
