Funky Fondue

  • 1 round loaf sourdough bread
  • 1 1/2 pounds sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 small can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup Dr. Funk

Cut top off bread and hollow out loaf to make a bowl. Tear inside of loaf into small pieces and wrap in plastic until ready to use. Mix remaining ingredients slowly in a saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Pour mixture into hollowed loaf and serve with bread pieces and raw vegetables.
